ABOUT US
Advanced Home Watch Services is an accredited, insured and bonded professional home watch business based in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. Patty and Rhonda are the owners and operators. Together we have over 36 years of real estate and construction experience. Years of experience in the real estate industry have brought us into this service. We have loved our clients and realized there was a need to have their homes watched over while they are not there.
Our company is built on a foundation of integrity, trust and reliability.
Rhonda Waldersen
Originating from Illinois, I made Arizona my home in 1994. I have lived in Phoenix, Carefree and currently in North Scottsdale/Rio Verde Foothills. After getting a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance I pursued a career in the financial markets for a brief time until I realized my passion was in real estate. I have been a full-time real estate professional for 17 years – with a break in there to raise my two children and married for 36 years.
Having owned a second home in Northern Arizona for many years I understand the concerns of an unoccupied property.
Volunteering a few hours a week at a local horse rescue ranch brings me much joy. In my free-time I enjoy
horseback riding on my two Arabian horses, snow-skiing, reading, spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors.
I am known for my attention to detail, high standards of integrity, strong principles, always doing what I say I am going to do and passionate about helping others.

Patty Knox-Hermann
I am a high-energy Real Estate Broker with immense industry knowledge. I have lived in the Valley for over 40 years and am an owner/designated Broker of my Real Estate Brokerage and also the Marketing Rep for a local General Contractor.
I bring to the table my highly professional real estate ability but also my decades of residential construction background truly earning me a reputation for knowing my way around a house.
My services are not just tied to the Valley. I have a cabin in the Mountains of Arizona and monitor my own as well as several other properties in the off season.
In addition to my professional life, I volunteer as Vice President of the Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation, a non profit organization raising money for local charities focusing on helping Children, Veterans and Animals in our community. I am also a wife to one amazing man and mother to 8 children (including bonus kids)! My clients become friends and my Faith, my Family and my Friends are most important to me.
